Who called from 2039333464

Upon picking up the phone when this number pops up on my ID box, I hear the phone continue to ring. I'm on the federal "Do Not Call" list.

Calls two times in the middle of the night and when I answer they hang up. When you call back it has a do not disturb message.

Same thing I get called on buisness line at 1030PM pacific, caller hangs up, when I return call its "do not disturb" feature activated. If I dont answer they dont leave a message. I'm on Bainbridge Island, Washington. area code 206 zip 98110

Called my cell twice @ 5:30AM PST. Called my wife's cell @ 5:40AM.
I picked up the second time and there was a lot of backgroud noise. (like a phone center or bz office)

This call was "Restricted" but I had it forwarded to my 800# so I was able to capture the caller ID which was West Haven CT.
Call came in about 10pm cdt

Any call that I get which is restricted or unavailable are automatically blocked and sent to voicemail.
