American Merchants > Cash Advance Co. Asked to speak with owner. Owner was busy. Asked if I could help him, he stated he wanted to talk to owner not an hourly paid secretary. (FYI...have to go through ME to get to owner). I told him if he was calling about trying to get us to do cash advance we were not interested. He called me a MISERABLE HUMAN & said "It must suck to be you" and hung up
I am actually the owner of American Merchant Financial, and I can ASSURE you we do not tolerate our employees doing anything of that sort. Last year we did have several complaints about one particular employee, and he was terminated immediately. I do apologize to the person above, as no one should be treated like that. We are a company put here to HELP small to medium sized Businesses, and that is what we take pride in.
