So I frequently get random calls from various 203 area code phone numbers.  They never leave messages, if I answer and say hello, they hang up, and if I don't say anything after I answer, they eventually say something in a foreign language.  I've also gotten similar calls from 203-229-0854, 203-956-4656, 203-246-7069, 203-642-3343, 203-246-2435 and probably others over the months/years.

They don't speak English as far as I can tell as I've never actually been able to communicate with them to stop calling.  Anyone know what's going on?  Any ideas?
