this number is calling people to look at there chimneys. sounds like scam

My second call from this number.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Telemarker, peddling "Air Solutions", whatever that is.  CID gives identifies caller 4TNTEX Stamford, which I cannot find in any on line search.  I have received many calls from this # which I have not answered, but today I picked up to see who was calling, Long pause, then Telemarketer came on for "Air Solutions."  I explained that I was on federal and state NCLs. He apologised, I said to remove me from list immediately, and that If they call again I shall report them.

Asked if I were one of the homeowners. Told caller we'd don't accept
solicitation calls. He said--in a voice straight from a 30s gangster movie--
This isn't a solicitation call, sir, then summarily hung up.
