I got call from Pat Carter stating they made several attempts (I was ignoring their call bcuz they are a scam) they would be by my work or residence to have me sign a notice of intent, have my ID ready. They said their name in mailing they sent ACR, American Credit Response, collecting for check n go. I was suscpious, so I called check n go, they referred me to their collection dept. Come to find out a completely different company is handing my case! Folks, check the company you owe money to verify the debt collector is in fact working with them. I'm glad I did!!!!!
RSquared - did not answer, I do not owe any money. There are doctors in the area who do use debt collectors, especially when thier staff takes the wrong medical insurance information or uses the wrong address. Make sure all of your information is correct!
