It's one of those interactive recordings designed to make you think it's a real caller.  Today at least, the subject matter had to do for those about to reach the age of Medicare eligibility.  A couple decades too early for me, mind you, but so far today I have been called by them four times.  Works out to be at intervals a tad over one per hour.  So it seems once they've got you on their hook, expect it to be a very long annoying day.
