By chance I overheard a very aggressive man applying the hard sell to my very hard of hearing 88 year old Mom.  "How can you say no to me when I haven't even told you what the program is".  He was angry with her. My mom is always polite to phone solicitors.  I took the phone.  His name was John and he was selling discounted airline tickets.  I had to very forcefully say "We're NOT interested "John" Thank you" and hang up.  His behavior made me wonder if he might call back out of anger.
