I keep receiving calls from this number on my cell phone.  I know there have been reports of a number of phishing scams where the phone rings once then hangs up hoping you'll call them back so i have not dialed back.  I suspect that dialing back wouldn't work though because of the "060" section which makes the phone number invalid.  So why am I getting this call and who is it from?  I tried a reverse lookup but the free ones will at most give a location that the call is from and mine returned a remote area in China.
