When I pick up they hang up in my. Face.

I keep getting calls from this number 206-123-4567 (looks weird to begin with as being 1234567??)  They never leave a message and I would like them to stop

voice mail pick-up. Static and noise on other end.
No messages left.

Same... Hangs up when you pick up.

if you can get them to talk then lead them on a wild goose chase for as long as possible.  They are wasting people's time and now it is our turn to waste their time.
