call from this number with "anonymous" as caller ID and no response on the line

I answered the phone and the caller said "This is Elisha with the heating and cooling company"

I asked "who are you" and she got confused and said "never mind" and hung up.

Another call from the same number.  I didn't answer and no message was left.
