Who called from 2062006011

Got a call from this number but it was preceded with 11.  11-206-200-6011.  I didn't pick it up and they didn't leave a message.

I have been receiving calls all morning on my cell phone from people on East Coast saying that they just received a call from my number. Am guessing that 206-200-6011 is being forwarded to my cell phone so when folks call back it goes to my phone. I am extremely annoyed and hope this number can be shut down!
