Called me and did not answer

got a call at 1130....didnt answer....they left no message.

Call me twice today and once yesterday, no msg left. I was wondering if it is a telemarketer call.

I picked up, said hello twice, they hung up.....

Hung up when my answering machine answered. Probably searching for active numbers. Everyone getting hit the same way today. Where are our government officials when they should be taking action to protect us from this type of harassment?
