This person did not identify themselves, but told me they needed to inform me that a lawsuit was being filed against me. When I googled the number I found out that it was a scam.
Looks like they are still at it, Indian guy calling say a lawsuit has been filed against me from the IRS and they sent a Officer to my house 3 times..... When I told him I was from the Law Office of XXXX he immediately hung up
Need everyone to call them back and tie up their phone lines... call back at least 6 times if you can... this harassment can be turned against them as after the 3rd time they became irritated!!! They can't steal money if their line is being tied up.
Also call IRS and FTC as suggested in other posts.
