Man with heavy accent said they was law suit and a warrant for my arrest for back taxes owed $3943.00 and should pay now or he will have the police and arrest me in 30 minutes.
When I started questioning him he got upset with me and said police were coming and hung up without giving me his name.
Called these idiots twice just for fun and to be sure that they are idiots, after all. Both times they hanged up promptly as soon as I asked where did they file the suit in. -- California! -- Yes, but which court? Are you aware that you file the suit in some courthouse? So which one it was? -- Beep, beep, beep...
I also just received voice automated message that this is officially my last notice that irs is suing me. I also didn't call back but googled the number and seen the same complaints.
