I answered, it replied. It was "Jason" from an insurance company. It was well disguised but you could tell there was something up with his speech pattern. I called him out, said he was a computer. He then replied "do I really sound that bad?" And laughed afterwards. Then a click. Creepy [***] AI telemarketer. Ever seen i-robot?
I have been getting 1 to 2 calls from this number every day for the past 3 days. No one answers when I answer. I am thinking of blocking the number all together.
I have received 4 calls today over a 3-4 hour period and never left a voice mail. If the caller shows that they are lacking a polite courtesy by not leaving a voicemail, I will not answer as I have no space in my life for persons that go about life half assed.
