Just called me 10 minutes ago and said nothing. Called a couple of weeks ago twice but didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number. Who is this?

This number has called our office 18 times in 4 days. It is a recording that only answers if you say HELLO.

This person using this number has called me everyday, but never leaves a vm. Usually calls in the mornings.

Received several calls from this number the last couple of days. They didn't leave a vm and I tried calling back but only received a busy signal
