Called and said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Yeah right and I am selling the Mackinac Bridge and the Ambassador Bridge.

Same BS, electronic voice claiming IRS lawsuit.

IRS WILL NOT call you. It always starts with a letter.. if there is an issue they will try to resolve it first IN WRITING.. ignore all calls claiming issue

This is the second time they have called in as many months.  I did not return the call.
