Bom
I received a call from a Mark Davidson he told me I was to receive a loan for 5000 dollars but I needed to purchase a vanilla network reload card for $120.00 to verifiy that I could repay loan. These people are tricky and should be stopped. They said they were from cash net USA when I know they do not do business in my state. So I looked at the email again and I seen that the company was actually Priority Payday Loan Servicing LLC. Needless to say they will not be getting anything from me!! Lying cheats!!! When I did deal with Cash Net USA they were very fair and gave what they promised. I also did not have to purchase any reload card for loan.

You have been scammed.
First they tell you there is no fee, then they charge you fees.
It is against federal law for a company to offer you a loan over the phone, but require upfront money.
You will not be able to get your money back, and you certainly will not get a loan.
Money transferred via Green Dot is not recoverable, that is why they wanted you to use that... so they could steal from you and not have the money recovered.

Pay  attention to item #4!

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.
8.    Report them here: http://www.stopfraud.gov/report.html
