I've been called from a number 206-201-2667, by a guy said his name is James Carlton (who spoke with a Middle East accent) trying to sell me a fully loaded 2009 Lexus RX 350 for $19,999. It's a great deal isn't it? He said that he's lost his job and in financial trouble. He also said that he's owned a small restaurant in WA (but the car is in San Francisco, CA) and at one step to lose it, so he's decided to sell a car to keep the restaurant.
Then he gave me a VIN number, and when I checked with Carfax, it came up with a 2007 Lexus LS460L which registered in Florida. SCAM! And he also asked me to go through Yahoo! Autos Protection Program ...? Has anyone heard about that program?
