Can't Homeland security go to the customs brokers at 179-30, 149th Ave and ARREST someone??

Have you had any luck tracking these guys?  Or getting your product back?

No. How it works is they get the tracking info and will show up the day of delivery to pick up the package, typically the address is for an abandoned residence or business, or they know the person has been gone a long time, after they show up that day, they never show up again.

We also were taken for over $7,000 of goods from this individual.  Anyone have any luck getting anything back or any kind of restitution?
