Belongs to a website Moneysmarthome.com. It's a big rip, guy says his name is Jeff Jacobs in Las Vegas Nevada and he's been betting for 15 years. His name isn't Jeff Jacobs, and he actually lives in Laughlin, Nevada. Before you give him your money for his expert picks, just put a bic lighter to your bucks, it would be just as quick and much less painful. He's a nobody, using a fake name and a traceless cell phone to scam people out of their hard earned money.
