This joker is trying to run the same scam in Southern MI going by the name of Allen Perry from Paris, MO the # he is using now is 248-605-8538. Same cancer story only now his brother died. He wants to use yahoo finance, i tried going to look at the bike but he keeps giving me the run around. Looks like i got lucky..Thanks to everyone for their posts.
Oh my God! I can't believe I found these posts! Same thing happened to my husband. We paid the money and thank God Western Union caught it. The 'secure money transfer' was supposed to be going through Yahoo Finance and a broker would secure the money until the bike arrived. Then if we were satisfied with it, they would release the money to the seller. Well, when the 'broker' came to get the money at the Western Union office, he showed a fake ID and thank God they didn't give it to him. Western Union was notifying the police or FBI or whoever. All I care about was we got our money back. This bikes way too nice to still be out there for sale. Don't fall for it!
