Said he was with the IRS and we owed back taxes. Was going to file suit against me. I have received 3 calls from this guy who speaks very broken English
Did you contact the IRS directly? If yes, what did they say. I also received 1 call so far from this number, & it was also a rerecorded msg supposedly from an Officer Steve Parker from the IRS saying the same thing. I am trying to contact the IRS directly but you know how that goes. Sooo many numbers & long wait times. Please reply. Thank you
The same exact thing happened to me. Steve Parker, tax fraud, possible suit, police action, pre-recorded message. I looked on the IRS website, it's in the Dirty Dozen. They are trying to scam you
