Same thing happened I got a voice mail it sounded like a robot that was speaking.
And told me to call this phone number weird as it was I reported it to my states attorney general who said that it is in fact a scam.
I have also been hit with a new scam
Known as spook calling.
They have some random person threaten that they are going to come to your house and deliver us papers they threatened that they will have our home taken.
It is the second time that I have been called
Just call your states attorney general
And report it to their consumer fraud.
If it is a scam they will take care of it.
If it is a debt collector report it to your states attorney general office.

It is illegal for debt collectors to make threats.
