I have had multiple calls from this number to my Seattle area code mobile number. I've never answered and they never leave a voicemail. I decided to block it.
Got a call and the gentlemen said he was taking a govt survey. He said it would take a half an hour and i told him I didn't have time. He said he would call back tomorrow. He was asking personal questions, example like do you own your home and about cell phone usage opposed to home phone use. Strange, but I don't think I'll answer any more questions when he calls back.
caller ID flashes ICF then phone number. Calling our fax line so I assume it's some kind of cold calling. I don't answer calls I don't recognize, and if they don't leave me a message, I assume it's because they think I won't want to talk to them if I know who they are.

I'm not sure because I didn't answer the first call. Read all the reviews above and they seem consistent. I think it's legit - but can't be 100% certain. When I called them (from a blocked number of course) it seemed to be a behavioral health assessment survey.
