Left message that it was the IRS and a lawsuit was being filed against me if I didn't call back. It was called to my cell phone so I knew it was a scam...I give a F for the effort!
Total scam. They hung up on me several times, when I continued to call back. Person on phone had heavy accent and even used profanity, when I told him I thought it was a scam.
This caller identifies as the IRS. It says they are filing a lawsuit against you, and you are to call them for more information on this case file. This was confusing, as they called my son's phone, who is only 13. Don't call back. The person is the same one as the other fraudulent calls from the "IRS"
