Who called from 2062380867

Phone call from advertiser? I am on a do not call list, how do they still call.

I received a call from 206-238-0867, they did not leave a message. Please do NOT call if you will not give me the courtesy to identify yourself.

Got a call at 9am from 208-238-0867 on my cell phone.  That is a  Seattle area number.  I didn't answer.  Called them back on my land line, which is blocked from anyone calling unless they have been previously programmed to call.  The number immediately put me in a voice mail queue, and then a lady answered and said "Education Direction" and then her foreign sounding name.  I hung up.

They have called at least 3 other times, all different times of the day.  I have no connection to them, they are harassing.
