I answered the call - person said they were doing a satisfaction survey for the seattle police department regarding an emergency call I had recently made.
I didn't take the survey because the person who called me from this number wouldn't give me enough details about who he was.
After some searching,I found that this number belongs to Consumer Opinion Services Inc in Seattle. They're probably just trying to see if you want to join a focus group.
I just got a call from Consumer Opinion Services asking for "Amy". She wanted to check my number and I told her I wouldn't even answer that and that I'm on the national do not call list...
They hold in-person focus groups on various subjects for clients. If you get through their screening you'll be invited to attend a focus group, which could pay you $75-150, or sometimes more.
