I did not actually call this number...but I got a call from 202-417-7606 telling me to call it. I checked the 202 number and found out it was a scam of course!!!!! The lady talking spoke very broken English. I asked to talk to her supervisor and that gentleman had a sort of computer/technical voice....she/he may have been talking through some device to disguise the voice. VERY FISHY!!!!!
I received a call telling me that I can collect $7000 dollars grant from the government and that I don't have to pay back. I have to go to Western Union and deposit $310 dollars for security and wait half hour for the $7000 to be released to me. I'm glad I saw these postings that it's a scam.
Ha they called me and said i was receiving 7000 and i had to call another number then they said to go transfer 310 at the bank and they were like from India and then they were giving me the address and i was like if this is government money then why is it coming for India then the guy didnt know what to say and someone else got on i was pretty cheesy, and i also called western union and they told me it was a scam.
