Mathew they claim to be IRS. They tell you you are being taken to court.  It is a scam.

A bunch of people with Asian accents claiming to be part of the IRS investigative team.  Total scam.

Have had many many calls from this number , identifying themselves as irs and saying they are filing a lawsuit against me.

Claimed to be from IRS delivering my final notice before filing lawsuit.  I asked for mailing address.  They seemed confused and hung up.  I reported them on IRS website
