The best way to deal with the fake irs is to ignore and block them. Tell anyone you know about this scam, it will eventually out them out of commission when everyone know about it.

IRS lawsuit scam - irritating time waster - I have had this call multiple times from more than one 206 number - grrrrr

They call every 5-10 min. Claim to be IRS and a that there is a law suit against us

Going on for months now. But last few days 5 or 6 times a day. Caller ID says Bainbridge Island or Vashon Island. And the telephone numbers keep changing. Very threatening.  I have recorded some of them.

These people keep calling and claiming they are from the IRS!
