"Community Services for the Blind" soliciting for donations (including to cell prefixes) after repeated requests to remove number from their lists.

Called my new (less than 10 days old) cell phone.  No message left.
No one answers when I tried the number.

Called back the number and got a busy signal, re-called and the number rang, then their was sounds like numbers on a key pad of a phone had been pushed, I heard a beep, beep, beep then nothing, not even a sound like the call was dropped.I hang up.
