Call comes in with the following number show on my caller ID as "Community Service" but when I answer, no one speaks, it's like it's a dead line. Two calls today, one in the morning, and one in the evening. Call back on number gets constant busy signal.

Turns out the call is coming from the services for the blind. I donate to these people from time to time but I've been getting too many calls on while I'm at home and while I'm not.
I finally got through to them on a call back and spoke to Jan, who is supposedly a supervisor. I requested that I be taken off of their phone list. I will now call them if I have a donation to give.
Received a call from this number. I input numbers from the blind as I get them. Seems like they change their number every month because they keep calling but not on the number I previously inputed. I just got a call from 206-268-6631. I bet it is the blind again.
