Do not answer calls I don't recognize.

CID read Seattle don't know anyone out there. Didn't answer they left no message.

It rang 3 times and they hung up.  I didn't have a chance to answer, but normally don't anwer calls I don't recognize.  Caller ID says "unassigned".

Canned call ... "if you would like to collect your prize, press 5."  {yeah, right}

Rings phone and hangs up; does not leave a message...... Ill-mannered.
