I just got a text from this guy saying he will pay cash for my property. I am a Realtor but I didn't like the looks of the text and decided to google him just like the rest of you. I want to stop him from ever emailing or texting me again. I'm in Florida.

I also am in Iowa and just got a text message on my cell phone from this outfit. I went to their website and it is so simple that I could have made it and I have no knowledge hardly of making a website. I do have and maintain my own website and only no simple HTML. Talk about suspicious (seller beware)
