This is a total scam. The e-mail links to a website that says it wants to protect women, but what it really wants is your info so they can rob you. Any website that says it has 128 encryption should have a padlock icon come up in your browser, and authentic certificates for viewing. Don't waste your time. If Tonya is real, then it sucks her identity was stolen. Or maybe she's in on it. Who knows...
The real question is, where is everyone from, if she is sending this to people in all sort of crazy places chances are it is fake, if it is all in the same area it might be real.
Didn't receive a call, just got the same fake email on Craigslist. Didn't even call yet, it looked really retarded so I Googled and this is where I ended up. Thanks for the posts, saved me from wasting my time.
