Received a call from this number at 7:35 p.m. on 6/20/2012; recorded message about "electronic cigarettes." Waited to speak to a human operator, and asked her to identify the company, she said "Vogue Electronic Cigarettes" (a Chinese company). I asked for an address or phone number, and she hung up on me. Reported it to the Do Not Call Registry complaint website, for all the good it will do.
This was a recording about quitting smoking-- a TELEMARKETING call.
Yeah, my number is also on the Do Not Call list. Doesn't seem to make any difference.
