Please file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office online at ncdoj.gov or by calling 1-877-5-NO-SCAM. The number is toll-free inside North Carolina! I have also filed complaints to the NC DONOTCALL registry. If everyone does it - these people will HAVE to stop harrassing people.
