The only way to stop them is to get the federal investigation going.
So anyways they said they were collecting money from a creditor I never did
business with, and I told them to talk to my lawyer.
The guy said, "I don't wanna talk to your lawyer!"
And I said, "then we are done talking [***]!"
and I hung up on him. Haven't heard from him in 3 months,
but every once in a while I get to harrass another uneducated [***].
Oh yeah, they do hire some of the stupidest people, so don't be intimidated
by them. These people sound like a bunch of Cholas and Drop outs that can't get a job elsewhere. I would wager that most haven't even graduated high school. Also just call your lawyer and file a class action law suit.
I got to speak to the big boss once, he was a real idiot.
What kind of a guy puts down RIP-OFF REPORT for not verifying stories,
when this azzhole won't even verify whether the debt he is collecting is
valid. LOL it's comical...what a hypocrate!
I told him, I'll pay a bill if you can whow me one documant that I signed.
I then said, "I challenge you to show me one document!"
He got quiet and then I said, "F**k off lozer!" then he hung up.
Just give them the same treatment they give you.
Oh by the way, the people they hire are young and stupid, and they do that because a mature adult would report them for illegal activities.

Caller called our company and asked to speak to the owner and said they were investigating the company. They never gave a name and then they hung up on our employee. Very strange.
I received a call stating that they wanted to speak to the owner or controller regarding an investigation. They wanted to hold. I told them that I could help them. I do not know who they were. They just hung up. When I tried to call it back - it said that the number was not in service.
They are people who want to do investigations for past due accounts. I had another call from them this morning. When they tell you that they can hold, put them on hold. They eventually hang up and usually don't call back.
