Just got a voicemail from this number saying the call is from the internal revenue service and there is a lawsuit filed again me by the IRS and an arrest warrant issued under my name. I'm assuming this is a scam as the IRS would be mailing me any correspondence as far as I know. I am working my way out of a defaulted student loan but I wouldn't imagine that they are going to throw me in jail while I'm trying to work out a payment plan. I spoke with the Dept of Edu before filing my taxes last week and they said there was no offset attached to my SS#. Should I be worried?
