Call stating they are from the IRS. Can Barely speak English. Beware....

Comes up as Washington, USA. Broken message about a case file against you.

Received a voice-mail stating that the IRS was going to sue me? This is a scam, because the IRS has said they will not call you!!

Received call from this number ... didn't answer ... left a message (automated? very official sounding voice). "This information is intended for [some stranger's name], claim number 2016-4369 ... regarding an order that has been resubmitted to my office. I have verified your address to present you with your formal claim ... blah blah blah ... last opportunity to contact "the firm" regarding this matter ... blah blah blah. They can be reached at 877-207-8979 ... blah blah blah.

I googled that 877 number, and got nothing ... I'm posting on 800notes regarding that number too. Marking both as *spam* on my phone.
