Called and knew my info. Said he was with the Govt grants dept.

caller claimed to be with government grants and offered my daughter a $7000 goverment grant

Same scenario, he claimed to be government senior account manager, I won $7000.00.

Received a Phone Call From This # stating that my Federal Grant Was chosen. Needed To Pick My Grant from nearest Western Union, however I must call this # from the parking lot when I get there and have $280.00  to Process! Sounded Mexican. Be Ware!
