SCAM!!!
Only scammers ask for the green dot money card! The lady wasn't happy when I told her that. I also informed her that the us dept of health and human services office already knew what kind of trouble I was in I could pick it up at the office since I had an appointment there tomorrow. She hung up on me, I reported this to local law enforcement. They are in Washington
