I just received a call on my cellphone from this number.  I didn't answer it and, instead,  called them back on my MagicJack.  It is the infamous Premier Walk-In Bathtub company that calls on a multitude of different numbers.  I've made the mistake of asking for a brochure after seeing their ad in our local paper around a year ago, and they have been pestering me ever since.  I've reported them to the "Do Not Call" registry but they still keep calling.  I've decided to keep calling them back on the MagicJack which doesn't cost me anything just to pester them back.  It's childish, I know, but it feels good to let them know how I feel.  I don't give them my real number or identity since I don't want to be on any more of their lists.  I think this is the company that "Consumer Report" recently wrote about.
