Who called from 2063196521

My friend just got a call from this number, saying they were from the IRS, which would be suing for non-payment of taxes.  Reported it to the local Sheriff's office.

Same as above. IRS was suing me, call another number for information.   Not how IRS contacts people.

I just got a call today from them on my wife's phone and right away I could tell it was fake! So I called them back a few times and finally said I will contact the local police if they contact me again!

I got a call from this number. The person answered by saying "hello". That's made me very suspicious.
