Who called from 2063199191

they call and when you answer they hang up and when you call back it goes straight to voice mail

Someone at this number keeps calling, when I answer, I hear nothing but music.  This has happened on several occasions now.

This number calls, I call back and it rings one time, and then silence.

This number keeps calling, but doesn't leave a message... Must not be important?

Same here I revive missed call but when I call it back it ring once and connects but silent and they leave me voice mail music what the hell
