If they're calling your cell phone, you should be able to add their number into your contacts (I listed them as spam) then from there you should be able to add their number to a reject list within your phone. You could also answer the phone and be like "Hi, you keep calling and I am reporting you to my local authorities and im reporting your buissness to the better buissness bearu" Guarantee you they'll stop. You just have to mess with them. I've always answered and have said... 911 what is your emergency. Then when they go to speak, i cut them off and go hello, 911 emergency we have police in route for you. They get scared, hang up, and never call again.
I too, received a call from this number but it goes to my Google Voice number for some reason. There was no voicemail attached. No need to call them back if they don't want to leave a message. Probably some scammer anyway.
