They have about 12 Craigslist postings at a time. All of them are for apartments, but the ads never give details, and they say they are a rental agency.
This was actually a case where I called to respond to their craigslist ad. The woman I spoke to on the phone didn't know anything about the property advertised. She didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about helping people who already know what they are looking for, so I googled their phone number. When I couldn't find any information online, and instead found this page, I decided to ask some questions. She said that they are a "relocation specialist," and told me that they guarantee their clients a place to live as long as they have a stable income and pay an upfront retainer. She said they have a website, but she doesn't know what it is off the top of her head. Reviews on google say this thing is a scam. I found a website at http://affordablerentalsnw.com/ that sounds a lot like what she said. I wouldn't trust them, but ymmv.
