Just received call from this person, Horton Chip, also. I didn't even pick up, I googled the number and here I am, reading your posts. So much for Do Not Call.
Got a call from a very impatient girl saying that it was necessary to schedule a furnace inspection.I questioned what she was barraging me with as she was not letting me get a word or question in edgewise.
She started with the city where I live and my husbands name and scheduling was important due to the increasing number of fires in the area.
I continued to try to understand what this was as it wasn't making any sense. I said I didn't have a furnace I have a heater and I'll check with the landlord. I told her this didn't make sense and she said That "has nothing to do with the price of rent in Tokyo". Then hung up.
Phone rings, ID says Horton, Chip. I answer, hello 2x. Recorded female voice says goodbye after a beep. This happens a lot with other #'s too. Stupid scammers and Telemarketers can't get their calls right. Whatever.
