When the machine picked up caller hung up.

I got a call from this number accusing me of tax evasion.

I just got a voice mail saying to call this number within 24 hours or the cops will get me into custody.  Nobody leaves messages like that. I was furious so I called the number back and a woman with a thick India accent told me I illegally filed taxes and owe for 2010 & 2014. I just filed taxes this year with no trouble and I have never received anything in the mail.  It has to be a scam.
